Desktop wallpaper

Photography is one of my favorite hobbies, and when I have time to get out, I try to take some pictures that can have a nice home on my computer desktop wallpaper. These pictures are in widescreen format. Please help yourself.

To use these for your desktop, click on the image you want. It opens in your browser. Once it is completely showing on your screen, you can right-click (Control-click for some Apple computers) and save the picture file to your computer. (For Windows XP) Once the picture file is saved to your computer, minimize or close your web browser. Go to the location where you saved the file and then right-click it. ‘Open with’ the ‘Windows Picture and Fax Viewer’. Once it is open, you can then right-click on the picture and choose to ‘Set as Desktop Background’. (For Apple OS X) Save the picture to your Pictures folder. Then minimize all your programs so you can see your desktop. Right-click (Control-click) on your desktop and choose ‘Change Desktop Background’. In the next window, make sure you have the Pictures folder chosen, and then you can see the downloaded picture. Choose it to instantly set to your desktop wallpaper.

Note: if you need a certain dimension for your screen resolution and are having trouble resizing the picture, just leave me a comment (or email to moonphase9@yahoo.com) and let me know your screen resolution (e.g. 1680 x 1050). I can then email it back to you.
